About

I’ve always been intrigued by the factors that influence how people think and make decisions. I focused my undergraduate education on Psychology at Northwestern University, where I developed a passion for research and collaboration. My earliest jobs in food service and administration fostered a fascination with the nuances of workplace psychology and eventually led me to pursue a career in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

As I’ve grown my role as a practitioner, I’ve loved how People Analytics allows me to embrace my natural curiosity through research yet satisfy my pragmatic side by focusing on practical applications. I'm particularly passionate about the power of measurement and data analytics to inform decisions and change behaviors at work. My recent focus has been integrating and amplifying the voice of the employee alongside other key core people metrics, with increasing emphasis on the Employee Value Proposition.

In my free time, I can often be found listening to audiobooks or podcasts. My hobbies include board games, meditation, and reading (especially if it’s a Brandon Sanderson novel!). My naturally obsessive personality lets me happily embrace my nerdiness - from office supplies to D&D, from video games to graffiti and street art - I love sharing my passions and I’m constantly fascinated by the hobbies and fandoms of others.
