Job Analysis Project Presentation
This presentation reported the findings of a job analysis conducted on the position of a Labor & Delivery nurse. Informed by research literature from personnel psychology, the analysis collected information from subject matter expert interviews, job listings, technical manuals, and nursing research. Using this data, we determined the key responsibility areas of L&D nurses, as well as the most important tasks, tools, and contexts involved in the position. Critical incident stories and the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for successful performance were identified and analyzed.
