Training Program Presentation

We created a patient-focused care training for Labor and Delivery nurses at Sharp HealthCare. The project involved a training needs assessment, instructional design, and creation of training evaluation procedures. Our training program was structured as two half-day, in-person training sessions consisting of four modules. We designed training materials including handbooks for both trainees and the trainer, as well as the training program presentation. Training activities included brainstorming discussions, role-playing, case studies, and evidence-based activities.
