Performance Appraisal Project Presentation

This slide deck presented a comprehensive performance appraisal system for evaluating Labor & Delivery Nurses. The performance measurement battery included a behaviorally anchored rating scale, a patient satisfaction questionnaire, and an objective measure of nursing outcomes which were algorithmically combined to produce an overall performance score. The appraisal battery assesses nurses on each key performance dimension twice and uses multisource feedback to produce robust, unbiased ratings.
